Refunds:
- Quality Issues: If you experience any issues with the quality of our products, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will happily offer a full refund or replacement, provided the product is returned in its original packaging.
- Delivery Issues:In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during delivery or arrives significantly later than the estimated time, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of any food items once they have left our premises. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all our customers.
Exceptions:
- Frozen Pies (Future): If we introduce frozen pies in the future, separate return and refund policies may apply.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders may be subject to specific terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns. Please let us know when you place your custom order.
